Constant Payne - 2001 Pilot

This is one cool Toon. Action-Pulp flavor in the vein of Jonny Quest. Too bad it never got past the pilot.

    Very Pulpy and you can see the "Jonny Quest" influences all the way!!!

    That was a very cool intro!! I will watch the pilot later today..
