HeroMachine Update
If you read this blog regularly you know I love HeroMachine. I think it's simply one of the most fun and creative toys ever designed for the internet. You can spend hours creating new figures with the templates available. Now Jeff Hebert is feverishly working on a 2.1 version, and I can't wait to play with it. Where are the Beta tester sign-ups Jeff?

Thanks for the link Jeff! I'm trying to work out a way where all the beta stuff will be available for free to everyone, but I can't get it nailed down just yet. Hopefully soon I'll know more. Ideally I'll be able to post updates as I get them done so people can play with them and give feedback, like I did when I was first starting this whole thing. I want to get back to that kind of interaction where people at large can really influence what happens with it and what direction it goes in. The gears are moving slowly, but they're moving!
