File this under "Just too cool"
As you all know, I'm a big fan of the Sword & Sorcery genre.
One of my favorite RPG's is the Conan RPG from TSR created By David "Zeb" Cook.
Zeb was one of the "Old Guard" at TSR who Co-Authored the classic "Isle of Dread" Module, and had a hand in just about every AD&D product in the 80's.
I'm part of an effort to help revive that Game system as an open gaming system. It has been dubbed "ZeFRS" (Zeb's Fantasy Roleplaying System).
We are working on a website to house the rules, a PDF fanzine, and a messageboard to coordinate efforts.
Imagine our surprise when we got a message from "Zeb" himself. He gave us a big thumbs up for our efforts
It made my day.
