Cool Gamer movie Alert- The Forbidden Kingdom
Caught this on DVD with the minions today. Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Kung Fu, Whitehaired assassin chicks, lots of great fight scenes, what's not to love? It's reasonably family friendly with lots of cool gamer geek fodder to put away for your next exotic fantasy setting game. Great way to while away sometime on a sunday afternoon.

Absolutely. We were playing Weapons of the Gods, a Wuxia rpg in mythic ancient China, when this came out, so we had a movie night to go see it.
ReplyDeleteQuite enjoyed it.
I REALLY enjoyed this flick. For my money, the really good kung-fu flicks must have magic in them and this one pulled it off in spades.
