Sorry to poop on your parade but two of those people massively piss me off (for destroying Tesla, and for usurping culture/expanding copyright) I'm compelled to try to dispell the myths around them.
Thomas Edision didn't invent stuff, he had teams of people to do that. He was a marketer and showman. He did in fact enter a field where his personality was of benefit.
Walt Disney did not have an imagination and he lack originality. He ripped off existing fairy tails, even the mouse probably came from elsewhere, hard to prove that though.
